By accessing or using FastConvert.co (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

Description of Service

FastConvert.co provides online file conversion services. By uploading files, you grant us the necessary rights to temporarily store and convert your files.

File Ownership and Storage

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. Uploaded files will be permanently deleted from our servers within 6 hours after conversion.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Files uploaded to the Service are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are not accessed, viewed, or shared by us, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available at https://fastconvert.co/privacy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Use Restrictions

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Upload or convert any material protected by copyright or intellectual property laws without explicit permission from the owner.
• Attempt to bypass any security features or DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections.
• Upload or convert any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, harassing, promotes violence, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and convert the files you submit to the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and any consequences arising from its use.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

DMCA Compliance

FastConvert.co complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe that your copyrighted material has been uploaded without your authorization, please submit a DMCA notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• Identification of infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate the material.
• Your contact details: email, phone number, and address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is used without authorization.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the provided information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA notices should be sent to support@fastconvert.co.

Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from using the Service.

Reporting Violations

If you believe any content uploaded to the Service violates these Terms or applicable laws (e.g., illegal content, harassment, or abuse), please contact us at support@fastconvert.co with a detailed description of the issue. We will review and, if necessary, remove the content and take appropriate action against the responsible user.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maxim Alexandrovich Ilyin, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FastConvert.co provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thailand, unless otherwise agreed by the parties to resolve the matter through arbitration in accordance with Thai law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
