  • We do not manually review or share uploaded files in the ordinary course of operation.

  • Files are stored temporarily and are deleted no later than 6 hours after conversion.
  • Users may manually delete their files earlier if desired.
  • Currently, all files are stored on our primary server located in the European Union.

Abuse Prevention and Illegal Content

FastConvert.co is intended for lawful use only.

Users must not upload, convert, store, or distribute files that violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyrighted material, malicious software, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse of the service and to remove files, restrict access, or cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.

Automated File Processing

All file conversions on FastConvert.co are performed automatically by software systems.

Uploaded files are processed solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion and are not manually reviewed by our staff during normal operation.

Limited automated logging may occur for technical diagnostics, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.

Legal Basis for Processing
